Clubriont Hospitality allured us into their offers in the month of July and accordingly I took membership for Rs. * Lac for their tour services over * years. This was for * days each year for * years in */* Star Hotel accommodation and travels included with discounted airfares. But I had run from pillar to post every time. Nobody responds even after looping all their Seniors. Though I am not asking for additional compensation, I am asking for simple cancellation and refund of my hard earned money immediately. Everywhere third rated services. They have not paid the air fare discount, put me into a third rated hotel, confirming Hotel and then denying that it is not available, stating local travel is not included, etc. On their assurances, I undertook one trip and it was just awful. Their travel partners and keep asking for money saying Clubriont doesn't pay them easily. Please do not get into this as you do not only lose your money but also peace.
