I ordered a water purifier (Order ID:XUN*KA**********) for ₹**,*** with a ₹*,*** buyback exchange. Upon installation, the technician stated the product is unsuitable for my water TDS (***+). The company forced me to place a second order (Order ID: MGQ*KA*D********) to initiate a refund. When the refund was intimated, they deducted ₹*** as 'reconsideration/delivery charges' (Refund ID - ***********) and failed to pay the ₹*,*** buyback value of my old machine which they had already collected. Total loss: ₹*,***. This is a deficiency in service and unfair trade practice as product limitations were not disclosed.
