I have an Aquaguard water purifier, which is under AMC. I requested the reinstallation at Manipal on April **, ****; however, despite my multiple follow-ups and requests, they contacted me for the service on May *, ****, after ** days. I denied their service as I installed it on ** May by paying another locally available technician. All my family members got bloated and ill due to the lack of potable water at the new house.
