I am writing to formally raise a complaint with Flipkart regarding Spoina Influencer Marketing Agency (**********) for misrepresentation in the March UGC campaign.

I was onboarded based on initial guidelines shared by their representative, Kanak Udhwani (**********), which clearly mentioned a simple scripted video. However, after ordering products, I was given a detailed PDF with significantly expanded requirements (unboxing, multi-angle shooting, decorating,staging, repacking), which were not disclosed earlier.

This change is misleading and not feasible at the agreed payout of ₹*** per video, especially without clarity on product damage liability.

Despite this, I completed a major portion of the work. Later, I was asked to return all products and exit the campaign after investing time and effort. It has now been over ** days with no response from their side. Additionally, I was instructed to use, clean, repack, and return products, which may violate Flipkart’s return policies.

I request Flipkart to review this matter, take appropriate action against the agency, and provide a fair resolution considering my effort.
