I placed an order from Zaydn with Order ID: ******. Unfortunately, I mistakenly ordered size *, while my correct size is size **.
I contacted the company through email requesting a size exchange, and I clearly mentioned that I am willing to pay the ₹*** shipping cost required for the exchange once they confirm that the correct size will be sent.
However, despite contacting them and following up for three consecutive working days, I have not received any response from their support team. I also attempted to contact them through Instagram, but there was no response there either.
Because of the company's lack of response, I am unable to proceed with the exchange process. This has caused inconvenience and poor customer service experience.
