I am traveling from Kolkata to Mumbai today. My luggage weighted little extra. For that I was charged **** rs which is equal to the ticket I booked. This is so disappointing. If you want to do business do it in a correct way. Looting customer is so incorrect. I will have to think twice before Booking indigo next time. I want this to be escalated.
