- Books not delivered due to nonserviceable area but their App shows DELIVERY AVAILABLE ^Closed

I purchased a course of PW ONLYIAS (Prahar ****) on **th of July **** in **,***. This course includes everything inculding BOOKS.
When I bought course I was on call with one of their employees (Mr Pawan Kumar) who guided me step by step, I insisted him to write a City Address where it would be easier to deliver books but he satisfied me by saying "we can deliver everywhere" but my order cancelled and an amount of (****) refunded due to non-serviceable area (that he did not tell me initially).
Now PW says it was a complimentary offer & you can claim only once.
My question is, if it was a one time offer why did he not tell me to write a city address?
Why their App is still showing DELIVERY AVAILABLE (on the same pincode, ******).

IS IT NOT INJUSTICE?
I sent ***s of mail but my issue has not been resolved till date.
Now I want either my books in the same price (****).
Or give me a compensation of ****, so that I can purchase BOOKS.
