Dear Team LG,
It is the most ridiculous service experience I have ever faced. Its been more than a week and * so-called technician visited the home after every next day and comes up with a new problem. First day it was the issue of PUC, second day another technician visited and said control panel is damaged, third day he said control panel is ok PUC need to be changed, now fourth day he said transformer is damaged. Since then its been * days no update yet.
I had informed in the very beginning we have patient in the house and the service your are providing is worst. I have suggested many people about go and buy LG but now I would definitely gonna review every where for not to buy LG products. Its better to go with Samsung even the Chinese brands have better services than you.
Just because of your delay in services, we forced to buy another Air conditioner, and I made sure that it should not be of LG.
