నేను బుక్ ఐడి NF************** కింద కాలికట్ నుండి ఢిల్లీకి జూలై **, **** వరకు ప్రయాణ కోసం Makemytrip ద్వారా * ఇండిగో ఎయిర్ టికెట్లను బుక్ చేసుకున్నాను. కస్టమర్ కేర్ Makemytrip అనేక కాల్స్ ఉన్నప్పటికీ అదనపు యూజర్ డెవలప్మెంట్ ఫీజు తిరిగి. వారు ఇండిగో కాల్ మరియు నేను చేసిన Makemytrip, వాపసు ప్రారంభించడానికి నాకు కోరారు. మరియు వారు డబ్బు వచ్చింది నిర్ధారించారు మరియు వాగ్దానం తదుపరి నా బ్యాంకు ఖాతాకు బదిలీ చేస్తుంది. కానీ అలాంటి చర్య తీసుకోలేదు.
