हाय, मुझे एक वर्तमान के रूप में एक LEECO Le* अधिकतम मिला और वास्तव में यह * महीनों के बाद एक अद्भुत फोन था, इसलिए इसके स्पीकर ने अचानक काम करना बंद कर दिया, क्योंकि मैं उस समय एक महीने के लिए बैंगलोर में था, मैं वहां सेवा केंद्र गया: *) सबसे पहले उन्होंने फोन खोलने से इनकार कर दिया कि फोन की तस्वीर (खुलने के बिना) पर क्लिक करके और चार्जिंग बंदरगाह में ज़ूम करके नमी की क्षति है और कह रही है कि हरी जगह नमी है। मैं वास्तव में आश्चर्यचकित था, मुझे नहीं पता था कि एलटीवी इतनी उन्नत थी कि सिर्फ एक तस्वीर पर क्लिक करके वे एक सामान्य फोन से भी नमी देख सकते हैं। लेकिन थोड़ा तर्क पोस्ट करने के बाद वे इसे खोलने और बोर्ड में नमी क्षति दिखाने के लिए सहमत हुए और वहां आश्चर्य की बात नहीं थी और वारंटी के तहत मरम्मत के लिए मेरा फोन नहीं लिया गया था। *) तब से मैं प्रत्येक सप्ताह सेवा केंद्र में फोन कर रहा हूं कि उनसे पूछे जाने पर उन्हें मरम्मत की जाएगी और अब तक वे इसे वापस देने में असमर्थ हैं। यह * महीने से अधिक रहा है और उन्होंने मुझे एक अतिरिक्त फोन भी प्रदान नहीं किया है, अंत में मुझे ***** रुपये का नया फोन खरीदना पड़ा क्योंकि मैंने सेवा केंद्र से लौटने की पूरी उम्मीद खो दी है
